It recommended: “The Committee is requested to: RESOLVE THAT the report be considered, and the application be decided accordingly with a view to promoting the licensing objectives.”
The minutes record: Agreed. “The Sub-Committee agreed to view a synopsis of CCTV footage in support of their submission. PS Elrick clarified that the footage had not been provided to all parties because the report had been issued before a usable version of the recording was available. A detailed account of the incident had however been included within the published agenda pack which was available to all parties and included time?stamped descriptions.” minutes ↗
