The minutes record: “The Committee agreed to hold a meeting once the negotiations are complete. The Vice Chair of the Coastal users group asked about the condition survey and who will write the report on it. The Property and Commercial Assets Manager explained that the survey was completed by Conisbee. A programme of works will be created for what is to be carried out. The Deputy Chief Executive explained once the report is ready there will be time for the Coastal Users Group to make comments.”
