The Finance Business Partner presented the Charity Committee's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, which showed a surplus of £146,892. p9

At public question time, the Chief Legal Officer said there was no public right of way on the Stade pathway, that the pathway was currently blocked, and that Hastings Borough Council was in correspondence with Luxury Leisure about the situation. p21p22
