Cllr Steve Murphy was appointed Chair of the Review Board. 2.2 The attached report ( Appendix 1 ) contains the findings and recommendations of the Review Board. The report was considered at the previous Place Scrutiny Committee’s meeting on 19 March 2026. The usual process for Scrutiny Review reports is that a completed review report agreed by the scrutiny committee is submitted to the Cabinet for comment and subsequently to Full Council for agreement, alongside the Cabinet’s proposed response to the recommendations of the review.
