p4The Committee has agreed to carry out a review of street works. The review will focus on network management and how the Council works with utility companies to minimise the impact of street works. The board agreed to undertake further scoping in November to refine the terms of reference of the review to ensure it is focused on the main areas where there are concerns about the approach to street works taken by utility companies.
