Full Council confirms that Hastings Borough Council will continue with the current arrangement to be responsible for the management of the properties (and collection of any revenue) under HHC Ltd ownership until such time as those assets are no longer Hastings Borough Councils responsibility. Management will continue under the delegated responsibility of the Head of Estates and Head of Housing to ensure compliance with necessary regulations and to safeguard residents and current tenants.” minutes ↗
