The amendments are as follows, · Removal of shared garage and enlargement of open porches at Plots 2 and 3. · Repositioning of dwellings within plots 3, 4 & 5 · Changes to positioning of parking spaces for plots 2, 3, 4 & 5. In respect of the plot 5 parking space, located to the north of church street, to enable this aspect of the proposed works a 1.2m retaining wall is proposed. The land south of the proposed retaining wall will be lowered and the retaining wall will be approximately 575mm above this new land level. To the rear (north) of the wall, and still within the application site, the land level will remain as it. The retaining wall will include weep holes to allow water to drain through the soil. The lowering of the land will require the removal of vegetation and felling of two trees. · Creation of patios & pathways to plots 1 & 4 · Creation of a patio at plot 5 · Relocation of bin storage areas for all plots and reduction in size of bin collection point to allow for additional planting.
