  • p72. Proposed development The application seeks planning permission to change the ground-floor use from a launderette (Sui Generis) to a convenience store (Class E), to allow a Premier store to operate from the premises.
  • p9Additional works include the installation of a solid black aluminium roller shutter on the rear elevation, three condenser units on the south-western side elevation, and a new aluminium shopfront featuring black-framed windows and an automatic sliding door. Two existing extractors on the rear elevation are also to be removed, with the surrounding brickwork made good and to match existing.
