Patients receiving care from ESHT were contacted directly and provided with information regarding alternative accredited providers, enabling them to choose where their ongoing audiology care would be delivered. The available providers were:
p66Overall, the ICB is assured on the services being offered to residents in East Sussex, and will keep these services under routine monitoring to identify any gaps or challenges and address these quickly. With this in mind, it is proposed that HOSC is assured on the current position with regards to these services, and moves to routine reporting by exception.
