  • p81.3. The NEPTS service is now fully mobilised and operational activity has stabilised at 23,000-24,000 patient journeys each month across Sussex. The service faces challenges against key performance targets, and a service improvement plan has been put in place ahead of Winter 2026/27. This report provides an opportunity for the HOSC to review the progress to date, and receive an update on concerns raised in March 2026, when they last reviewed the report.
