This appendix sets out the final spend for the 2025/26 Local Growth Fund (LGF) programme, together with mitigation, and covers only LGF investment rather than other contributions to each scheme. p1

Across all the schemes listed, the total LGF allocation for all years is £82,019,667, with £7,414,637.15 carried forward from 2024/25 and £2,747,637.15 recorded as final spend in 2025/26. p18

The Hastings and Bexhill movement and access package has a total LGF allocation of £9,000,000, with £3,840,868.57 carried forward from 2024/25 and £838,868.57 spent in 2025/26. p5p6

Other schemes with spend in 2025/26 include the Eastbourne town centre LSTF access and improvement package at £1,667,689.66, the Eastbourne and South Wealden walking and cycling LSTF package at £183,450.14, and the Hailsham, Polegate and Eastbourne movement and access transport scheme at £57,628.78. p2p3p4p5
