This appendix sets out a proposed spending profile for the Local Growth Fund (LGF) in 2026/27. p1

The figures cover only LGF money and do not include other contributions to the schemes. p2

The Hastings and Bexhill movement and access package has a total LGF allocation of £9,000,000, of which £5,998,000 is expected to have been spent by 31 March 2026, leaving £3,002,000 profiled for 2026/27. p3p4

The Eastbourne and South Wealden walking and cycling Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) package has a total LGF allocation of £6,600,000, with £4,935,000 spent to 31 March 2026 and £1,665,000 profiled for 2026/27. p2p3

Across both schemes the total LGF allocation is £15,600,000, with £10,933,000 spent to 31 March 2026 and £4,667,000 profiled for 2026/27. p4
