• p4Council therefore resolves that: 1. The Council’s strategic approach to local government reorganisation and its implementation shall be set out in a plan/strategy to be entitled the “Local Government Reorganisation Strategy and Implementation Plan”.
• p52. The adoption or approval of the Local Government Reorganisation Strategy and Implementation Plan will be a matter for Full Council.
• p105. The Chief Executive, the Monitoring Officer and the Section 151 Officer are requested to bring the proposed Local Government Reorganisation Strategy and Implementation Plan for adoption to the next appropriate meeting of Full Council, following consideration by the Place Scrutiny Committee (or the LGR Member Reference Group) and Cabinet.
