The Lead Member for Transport and Environment resolved to agree the draft programme of transport improvements for 2026/27 and the allocation of County Council funding, development contributions, active travel funding, Bus Grant, Local Growth Fund and Town Deal monies towards it, as set out in Appendix 2 of the report. p13p14

The Lead Member noted that the 2026/27 programme will be included in the initial Sussex and Brighton Mayoral Combined County Authority Local Transport Delivery Plan submitted to Government in March 2026. p15

The Lead Member resolved to approve the East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Record Office's Collections Development Policy, Selection, Appraisal and Disposal Policy, and Collections Information Statement. p30p31p32

The Lead Member resolved to agree that Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders are advertised post construction in relation to vehicular access and timings within the Eastbourne Town Centre Movement and Access Package Phase 2a project. p38
