p48On 2 December 2025, a serious incident occurred that had the potential to result in significantly more severe consequences had residents not acted promptly. Following the disconnection of the property's mains electricity supply, a generator was being used inside the premises. The generator was left running while no staff members were present, resulting in a carbon monoxide incident. Consequently, residents were evacuated from the building, and several individuals required hospital treatment.
