Sixteen residents required assessment and treatment at the scene, and seven were rushed to Conquest Hospital. One elderly first-floor neighbour required overnight hospitalisation due to severe poisoning, and one of us (Justine) was taken to hospital by ambulance for assessment. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder • Frequent Intoxication and Fights: The premises has attracted anti-social behaviour recently, with alcohol-fuelled fights breaking out directly outside the restaurant. Sussex Police have been called to the venue on several occasions to control these violent disturbances, compromising the safety of the neighbourhood.
