p7I issued you a final warning letter on 27th May 2025 due to your licence conditions having been breached. You have not made contact with me on receipt of the letter to discuss the matter.
p8Despite all our efforts to resolve the issues highlighted, we have received further evidence of your licence being breached. I must therefore inform you that your licence is likely to be reviewed.
