p6Dear Mr Ergun, I am writing to you in your capacity as the premises licence holder (PLH) and designated premises supervisor (DPS) of Grand Pera Restaurant, 8-9 Harold Place, Hastings TN34 1JA.
p8Despite this advice, we have been provided with further information of your licence conditions being breached. We have been provided with pictures that show people seated on the tables outside the front of the premises, eating, drinking and smoking. This is a clear breach of your premises licence.
p9Your premises licence allows for the sale of alcohol on the premises only. You do not have OFF Sales and therefore alcoholic drinks must not be consumed anywhere other than inside your premises.
p11This is the second time since you obtained the licence that we have had to remind you about your conditions. Therefore, this letter now acts as a final warning. Further breaches of your licence will put you at risk of prosecution and your licence being reviewed.
