“RESOLVED: that the minutes of the meeting of 25 February 2025 be approved.”
9. Request to Amend Vehicle Age Limits for 8 Seat and Purpose Built MPV/WAV Licensed Vehicles and remove vehicle age limit for Electric/Hydrogen Licensed vehicles
“RESOLVED (unanimously): 1. To approve the commencement of public consultation on proposed changes to the vehicle age limits for 8-seat and purpose-built MPV/WAV licensed vehicles (from 10 to 15 years). 2. To approve the commencement of public consultation on proposals to remove the vehicle age limit for electric and hydrogen (zero tailpipe emission) licensed vehicles (currently 10 years).”
10. Exclusion of the Public
“RESOLVED: that that the public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of item 6 due to the likely disclosure to them of ‘exempt’ information as defined in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.”
