Pay and display car parks

16 car parks, by ward. Prices are in each car park's "Charges". The council's tables are headed "1 April - 31 October"; its charges page doesn't say what applies outside those dates, and says to check the tariff board in the car park before paying. For Falaise Hall Car Park, Falaise Road Car Park and Grosvenor Gardens Car Park, the car park's own page and the council's charges page give different hours. Both are shown, with the council's contact for checking.
