Conditions on planning permissions
The conditions Hastings Borough Council attached to the planning permissions on our record, by kind of application and by what each condition is about, in the council’s own words.
How the conditions are grouped
We copy each permission’s numbered conditions and their reasons from its decision notice, and nothing else. A condition joins the first group below with a pattern its wording matches (a regular expression, ignoring case); a condition no pattern matches is “Something else”. A permission counts once in a group however many of its conditions are in it. Refusals and withdrawn applications have no conditions and aren’t here; nor are discharges of conditions or amendments, which are letters about an earlier permission.
