This will involve replacing defences when needed. Defence type, method and standard of protection may be modified over time.”

Appendix 3 - Fees and Charges 2026-27 - Combined Narrative

If we were to reduce the price by 10% all we can probably guarantee is that the income would reduce by the same amount which would be in the region of £28000 based on the income last year for pay and display revenue. 1.53 The Sports Centre Car Parks, Summerfields, Falaise Road and Falaise Hall are recommended to stay at the same price to ensure that barriers to accessing health facilities are minimised and the recent increases in income are volume increases which suggests more people are parking here hopefully to access the fitness facilities in this area.
